Validation layers
- File parseability and safe input handling.
- Format and version signature detection.
- Structural schema validation where an open and redistributable ruleset is available.
- Semantic and country business-rule checking where verified.
- Identifier structure, code-list and arithmetic checks.
- Transmission-readiness guidance.
- Official acceptance remains with the competent authority or receiving network.
Country research
Each country page identifies the competent authority, configured system, technical families, mandate classification and last-verified date. Legal scope can change and the linked official source controls.
Localization
Country editions use native terminology, separate URLs and hreflang. The site does not combine countries merely because they share a language, and it does not connect unrelated country tools as translation alternatives.
Indexing standard
Public country hubs, tools and reference pages are indexable. Private upload results, processing callbacks, API internals and user-specific content are not exposed as indexable pages.
Corrections
Technical and regulatory changes should be recorded with the affected country, format, ruleset version, source and verification date.
