Knowledge and routing
Country profiles, format releases, mandates, workflows, sources and capability boundaries are versioned as structured data.
Validation services
Dedicated containers run official XSD, Schematron, code-list, PDF/A and cryptographic engines with pinned artefacts.
Connector gateway
Country adapters isolate authentication, certificates, authority endpoints, provider differences, retries and quotas.
Queue and state machine
Asynchronous submissions and status events are idempotent, replay-safe and reconciled against authoritative outcomes.
Evidence and observability
Source hashes, artefact versions, requests, raw responses, receipts, corrections and audit events are retained under explicit policies.
Connector registry

The registry documents what each production adapter must support. Credential-required connectors are not falsely exposed as live public tools.
